Instructions
Cube chicken breasts, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge in flour.
Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil and butter in a skillet, cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
Sauté onions and mushrooms in the same skillet until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and Dijon mustard, cook for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth, scraping browned bits.
Return chicken to skillet, simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through, season with salt and pepper.
Notes
Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
