Instructions
Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, stir-fry vegetables, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to skillet, add rice noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Toss and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
