Ingredients

Meat

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 juice of lemon lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Wraps and Vegetables

  • Pita bread or wraps
  • Cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, lettuce
  • Garlic sauce or tahini

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with spices, yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic for at least 1 hour.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Warm pita bread and prepare vegetables.
  • Slice cooked chicken and assemble wraps with vegetables and sauce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate the chicken for better flavor and adjust spices to taste.
