Enjoy a flavorful and comforting chicken rice bowl topped with a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

long-grain white rice

garlic cloves, minced

heavy cream

low-sodium soy sauce

vegetable oil

Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Rinse rice until water runs clear. Cook 1 cup rice with 2 cups water for 18-20 minutes, then let rest.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper. Cook in oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and heavy cream, simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
Return sliced chicken to the skillet to soak up the sauce. Serve over rice, garnished as desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with chopped parsley or steamed vegetables.
