Instructions
Boil water for ramen noodles.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper in a bowl.
Heat oil, stir-fry chicken until cooked, then set aside.
Stir-fry bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot until crisp-tender.
Add garlic, ginger, and white onions; stir-fry until fragrant.
Combine chicken, noodles, and sauce; stir-fry until heated through.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of chili oil or sesame seeds before serving.
