A quick and delicious stir fry featuring tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and ramen noodles, all tossed in a savory sauce.

Ingredients

Noodles

  • 2 packages ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)

Protein

  • 1 lb chicken pieces (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 each red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 each carrot (julienned)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
  • 3 each green onions (sliced (white and green parts separated))

Sauces

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper

Oil

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions 

  • Boil water for ramen noodles.
  • Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat oil, stir-fry chicken until cooked, then set aside.
  • Stir-fry bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot until crisp-tender.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and white onions; stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Combine chicken, noodles, and sauce; stir-fry until heated through.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of chili oil or sesame seeds before serving.
