Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Sauté minced garlic for one minute, then stir in diced tomatoes with juices.
Pour in heavy cream, sprinkle Italian seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
