A quick and flavorful one-pan chicken and orzo dish that comes together in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients

Instructions
Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in a large pan with olive oil until cooked through.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in orzo and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in chicken stock, add cherry tomatoes, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in spinach, heavy cream, and pesto. Cook until spinach wilts and sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
