12ozgluten free farfalle pasta

0.5cupchicken broth

3cupsheavy cream
12ozshredded parmesan
0.25cuppasta water
0.5tspsalt

Instructions
Boil pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Mix paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pound chicken slightly, season on both sides, then sear in olive oil for 5 minutes per side. Cook until internal temp reaches 165°F, then rest and slice.
In the same pan, melt butter, add shallots, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and cook for 1 minute. Stir in flour, then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, whisk until smooth. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and sauce thickens.
Combine pasta with sauce, thin with pasta water as needed, add sliced chicken, toss, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving.
