Instructions
Boil pasta until al dente, then drain.
Mix seasonings; season chicken and sear in olive oil for 5 minutes per side.
Cook chicken through, then remove and set aside.
Melt butter, add shallots, garlic, Italian seasoning, then stir in flour. Pour in broth and cream, whisk until smooth.
Stir in Parmesan, cook until thickened, then toss with pasta and sliced chicken. Serve.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor. Adjust pasta water to reach desired sauce consistency.
