A flavorful and crispy chicken wrap packed with fresh toppings and a creamy sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Tortillas and Shells

  • 4 large flour tortillas 12-inch diameter
  • 4 small flour tortillas 6-inch diameter or crispy taco shells

Cheese and Dairy

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Toppings

  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 avocado sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions 

  • Mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper to make seasoning. Toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning; cook in skillet 8-10 mins until golden and cooked through.
  • Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, and lime juice to make the creamy sauce. Prepare toppings: shred lettuce, dice tomato, and dice onion.
  • Warm large tortillas in a skillet. Spread sauce on tortilla, add chicken, cheese, toppings, and optional avocado. Fold to seal, then cook seam-side down in oil 2-3 mins until golden. Flip and cook other side. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly toast the wrapped crunch wrap in a skillet before serving.
