Instructions
Mix chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper to make seasoning. Toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning; cook in skillet 8-10 mins until golden and cooked through.
Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, and lime juice to make the creamy sauce. Prepare toppings: shred lettuce, dice tomato, and dice onion.
Warm large tortillas in a skillet. Spread sauce on tortilla, add chicken, cheese, toppings, and optional avocado. Fold to seal, then cook seam-side down in oil 2-3 mins until golden. Flip and cook other side. Serve immediately.
