Delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Caesar Wraps perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Packed with flavorful chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy Caesar dressing, they are sure to satisfy.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus more for pan)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Vegetables

  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Cheese & Croutons

  • 0.5 cup shredded or grated parmesan cheese (plus more to taste)
  • 0.75 cup store-bought croutons (plus more to taste)

Dressing & Wraps

  • to taste store-bought Caesar dressing
  • 6 large flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Pound chicken breasts to ¾ inch (2 cm) thick. Marinate with lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest for 10 minutes, then dice.
  • Mix diced chicken, romaine, tomatoes, parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Microwave tortillas for 10-15 seconds to soften. Place filling on each tortilla, fold sides, and roll tightly.
  • Optional: Toast wraps in a skillet with butter or olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Slice in half and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of additional parmesan before serving.
