0.5teaspoongarlic powder
0.5teaspoonKosher salt

4cupschopped romaine lettuce
1cupcherry tomatoes, halved
Cheese & Croutons
0.5cupshredded or grated parmesan cheese(plus more to taste)
0.75cupstore-bought croutons(plus more to taste)
Dressing & Wraps
to tastestore-bought Caesar dressing
6largeflour tortillas
Instructions
Pound chicken breasts to ¾ inch (2 cm) thick. Marinate with lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest for 10 minutes, then dice.
Mix diced chicken, romaine, tomatoes, parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
Microwave tortillas for 10-15 seconds to soften. Place filling on each tortilla, fold sides, and roll tightly.
Optional: Toast wraps in a skillet with butter or olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Slice in half and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of additional parmesan before serving.
