Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook in olive oil until fully cooked, then dice.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and croutons.
Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Thin with milk or cream if needed.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in some Caesar dressing before cooking.
