Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta and broccoli, then drain.
Sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked. Prepare cheese sauce with butter, garlic, flour, and milk, then stir in cheeses and seasonings.
Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, chicken, and cheese sauce. Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and milk.
