Instructions
Add salt, pepper, garlic, butter, cream cheese, chicken, broth, and cream to slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Shred or slice the cooked chicken, then add cooked penne pasta to the slow cooker. Mix well.
Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
