Ingredients

Base

  • 1 piece prepared pizza crust or flatbread (such as Stonefire Naan)
  • 0.5 cup pizza or pasta sauce
  • 0.5 cup chopped precooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 piece Roma tomato, sliced
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a greased baking sheet.
  • Spread sauce over the crust, then layer chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and tomato slices.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes evenly.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with basil, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of olive oil before baking.
