  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (pounded thin)
  • 0.25 cup Cajun honey mustard sauce

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken in Cajun honey mustard for 20 minutes to overnight.
  • Shake off excess marinade and grill or pan fry over medium-high heat until cooked (165F), about 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Optionally, serve with extra Cajun honey mustard sauce.

Notes

Marinating longer enhances flavor, but 20 minutes works well.
