Sauces & Sweeteners

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coarse Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3/4 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustards, Cajun seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  • Cook the chicken in a skillet until browned and cooked through, then add the glaze and simmer for a few minutes.
