Instructions
Marinate chicken strips in a mixture of honey, orange juice, sugars, mustards, Cajun seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper for up to 8 hours.
Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through and glazed, about 25-30 minutes.
Add sliced bell pepper, jalapeño, and orange slices in the last 5 minutes to cook in the glaze.
Remove from heat and serve over rice, quinoa, or as a low-carb option, garnished with green onions, parsley, and lime wedges if desired.
