  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (Substitute with plant-based oil for dairy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning (Store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika (Essential for Cajun flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Fresh garlic can be used for stronger flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Adjust for heat tolerance)
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves (Fresh minced)
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter (Plant-based butter can substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Optional garnish)

Instructions 

  • Pat dry chicken wings and toss with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes until crispy.
  • While wings bake, melt butter in a pan and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Toss baked wings in the garlic butter sauce and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
