  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon white pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground oregano

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry, season with Cajun spices, and place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flip wings, then bake for an additional 15-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). For air fryer, season wings, spray basket, air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, flip, then cook 5-10 minutes.
