Instructions
Bring a salted pot of water to a boil, add pasta and chicken bouillon, cook according to package, and save 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Marinate chicken breasts with cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
Cook chicken in olive oil on medium-high heat until done, then set aside.
In the same pan, add butter, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and garlic; cook briefly.
Add heavy cream, chicken bouillon, Cajun spices, Parmesan, and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in cooked pasta, top with sliced chicken, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley or Parmesan before serving.
