Instructions
Brown the ground chicken in a skillet, then drain and set aside.
Cook onions in oil until soft, then add garlic and ginger; cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and spices, simmer for 45 minutes, then blend the sauce until smooth.
Stir in butter, cream, cooked chicken, and Kasoori methi; simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over rice, garnished with cilantro and raita.
