Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces, marinate with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, spices, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cook marinated chicken in oil until opaque, then set aside.
Sauté onions, add spices, cashews, tomatoes, sugar, and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
Blend sauce until smooth, then stir in butter and cream.
Return chicken to pan, cook for 3-5 minutes, then serve over rice topped with cilantro.
Notes
