These flavorful wraps combine spicy buffalo chicken with fresh vegetables and cheese, all rolled in warm tortillas for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 450 g cooked chicken breast
  • 120 ml buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp ranch dressing

Wraps

  • 4 large low-carb tortilla wraps

Vegetables

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 75 g carrots
  • 50 g red onion
  • 75 g iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • 100 g shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until evenly coated. Set aside.
  • Prepare vegetables: chop celery, shred carrots, slice red onion, and shred lettuce. Grate cheese if needed.
  • Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, add a portion of chicken mixture, then top with vegetables and cheese.
  • Fold the bottom over the filling, tuck in sides, and roll tightly to form a wrap. Slice if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or more ranch dressing to taste.
