Instructions
Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until evenly coated. Set aside.
Prepare vegetables: chop celery, shred carrots, slice red onion, and shred lettuce. Grate cheese if needed.
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Lay a tortilla flat, add a portion of chicken mixture, then top with vegetables and cheese.
Fold the bottom over the filling, tuck in sides, and roll tightly to form a wrap. Slice if desired and serve immediately.
