Delicious mini sandwiches featuring spicy buffalo chicken, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
Bread and Rolls

shredded boneless skinless chicken breast

buffalo sauce

ranch dressing

melted butter

Instructions
Slice the rolls in half lengthwise and toast under broiler until golden. Remove and brush tops with melted butter. Broil briefly again.
Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing in a bowl.
Layer cheese, chicken mixture, and cheese on bottom rolls. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
Top with sliced tomato, romaine, and the top roll. Brush with butter or oil and garnish with chives. Serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the rolls well and serve immediately.
