Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper, toss with olive oil, and roast 8-10 minutes until golden.
While chicken cooks, melt butter in a skillet, add hot sauce, and simmer 2 minutes to thicken.
Toss roasted chicken in buffalo sauce until coated.
Assemble bowls with rice, buffalo chicken, greens, vegetables, cheese, and drizzle with ranch.
Notes
