Ingredients

Chicken and Sauces

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced rotisserie works great
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to heat preference)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted, optional for richer flavor)
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Flatbreads

  • 4 large flatbreads (soft flatbread works best for rolling)

Dressing and Cheese

  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack

Vegetables and Garnishes

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup thinly sliced red onion

Additional Toppings

  • to taste sliced avocado, chopped celery, sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions 

  • Toss cooked chicken with buffalo sauce, melted butter (optional), and garlic powder until coated.
  • Warm buffalo chicken in a skillet over medium for 2-3 minutes until hot.
  • Warm flatbreads in a dry skillet for 20-30 seconds per side until pliable.
  • Spread dressing on each flatbread, add cheese, then top with buffalo chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion. Add avocado and celery if desired.
  • Fold the flatbread into a wrap, then toast seam-side down in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden and sealed. Slice and serve immediately.
