Instructions
Whisk together peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sambal oelek; add water to thin. Divide sauce into containers and refrigerate.
Cook farro according to package, then cool.
Mix chicken with cornstarch and fish sauce; cook in skillet with olive oil until golden. Add garlic, shallot, ginger, then stir in chicken stock mixture and cook until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
