Wraps and toppings

  • 4 large tortillas (Mission flour tortillas for their soft texture)
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 1.25 cups cheddar, shredded (from a block for better melting)
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with spices, lime juice, and olive oil for 10 minutes.
  • Grill chicken strips over high heat until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
