1largeCarrot(Grated on a box grater)
0.25red cabbageRed Cabbage(Finely sliced)
0.25green cabbageGreen White Cabbage(Finely sliced)
0.5mediumWhite Onion(Finely sliced, see notes)

2tspDijon Mustard
2tspApple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
Butterfly slice the chicken breasts, then coat with spices and olive oil. Fry over medium-high heat for 3-4 mins per side, then coat with BBQ sauce and rest for 5 mins. Slice at an angle against the grain.
Mix mayo, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, and sugar to make coleslaw dressing. Combine with grated carrot, sliced onion, and cabbage to make coleslaw.
Lay a wrap, add greens, coleslaw, and sliced chicken. Roll up like a burrito and serve.
