Ingredients

Protein

  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 0.75 cup bbq sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 10 oz tortilla chips
  • 1.5 cup cheese of choice
  • 0.5 cup corn
  • 0.5 cup black beans

Toppings

  • BBQ sauce
  • Jalapeños

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and spices.
  • Line a pan with parchment paper and spread tortilla chips evenly.
  • Top chips with BBQ chicken, corn, black beans, and cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and add jalapeños. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh cilantro or sour cream as desired.
