Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Base

  • 1 cup cooked rice

Vegetables & Legumes

  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Cheese & Dairy

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

Fruits & Garnishes

  • 1 each avocado, sliced

Instructions
