Instructions
Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, tarragon, salt, and pepper until blended.
Marinate chicken breasts in half of the dressing for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Combine spinach, strawberries, and red onion in a bowl; toss with remaining dressing.
