Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix ground turkey, parsley, salt, and pepper; form into meatballs. Bake 20 minutes, then set aside.
Simmer balsamic, honey, water, and fig preserves until slightly reduced. Add garlic, pepper flakes, salt, and figs.
Add meatballs and tomatoes to skillet; bake 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Top with pine nuts and serve with arugula and hummus if desired.
