Instructions
Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, honey or brown sugar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes to make the marinade.
Place chicken in a dish or bag, pour marinade over, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, spooning glaze over chicken occasionally until golden and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh herbs and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
