A flavorful and easy baked chicken dish seasoned with paprika and garlic, finished with a lemon butter sauce.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix paprika, poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Season chicken evenly.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Transfer to baking dish.
In the skillet, melt butter, add garlic, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Stir and scrape browned bits.
Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with sauce spooned over.
