Enjoy flavorful and crispy baked chicken wings seasoned with a Mediterranean spice blend, perfect for a quick appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste

Instructions 

  • Mix all dry spices in a bowl to make the spice mix.
  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Pat dry chicken wings and place in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over wings and toss to coat. Sprinkle half of the spice mix and toss again. Repeat with remaining spice mix.
  • Arrange wings on a wire rack over a lined baking tray. Bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dip. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the wings with spice mix for 30 minutes before baking.
