Enjoy flavorful and crispy baked chicken wings seasoned with a Mediterranean spice blend, perfect for a quick appetizer or main dish.

Instructions
Mix all dry spices in a bowl to make the spice mix.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Pat dry chicken wings and place in a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over wings and toss to coat. Sprinkle half of the spice mix and toss again. Repeat with remaining spice mix.
Arrange wings on a wire rack over a lined baking tray. Bake for 35-40 minutes until crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dip. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the wings with spice mix for 30 minutes before baking.
