A flavorful and juicy baked chicken recipe infused with fresh lemon and herbs, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons lemon juice and zest (juice and zest from lemons)
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  • Coat chicken breasts with marinade and place in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with sides.
