Instructions
Rinse chicken wings, pat dry, then marinate with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil, place a wire rack on top.
Arrange wings on the rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
Let wings rest briefly, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
