These flavorful baked chicken wings are infused with lemon and garlic, perfect for impressing guests with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Chicken wings

  • 1 kg Chicken wings (about 2.2 lbs)

Olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Garlic

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

Lemon juice

  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Lemon zest

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest

Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Black pepper

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Fresh parsley

  • Fresh parsley for garnish, chopped

Instructions 

  • Rinse chicken wings, pat dry, then marinate with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil, place a wire rack on top.
  • Arrange wings on the rack and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  • Let wings rest briefly, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate longer or add your favorite herbs.
