Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
