Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix garlic, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss chicken wings with melted butter and spice mixture.
Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until crispy.
