  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1.5 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix garlic, chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss chicken wings with melted butter and spice mixture.
  • Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until crispy.
  • Sprinkle grated parmesan and chopped parsley over hot wings before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil wings for an additional 2-3 minutes.
