Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a wire rack on a baking sheet.
Crush cornflakes into small bits and mix with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Pat chicken tenders dry, coat with mayo, then toss in the cornflake mixture.
Place coated tenders on the wire rack, spray with olive oil, and bake for 15-18 minutes until crispy.
Serve immediately with optional honey drizzle.
Notes
For extra crunch, double coat the tenders with mayo and cornflakes.
