Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken skin-side down until golden, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add butter to the skillet, melt, then stir in crushed garlic for 30 seconds.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Spoon garlic butter over chicken and garnish with parsley before serving.
