A creamy and cheesy baked pasta dish featuring tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and melted brie cheese for a decadent meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts (seasoned with salt and pepper)
  • 25 oz linguini, cooked
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cups grated Parmesan
  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • parsley parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • salt & pepper salt & pepper (to taste)
  • olive oil olive oil (for cooking chicken)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in olive oil until done. Set aside.
  • Melt butter, add garlic and heavy cream, then simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Add cooked chicken, parsley, and Parmesan to the sauce, mixing well.
  • Combine sauce with cooked linguini, then transfer half to a springform pan.
  • Place brie in the center, cover with remaining pasta, sprinkle Parmesan, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with additional parsley before serving.
