A flavorful and comforting chicken dish simmered in apple cider with warm spices, perfect for a wholesome meal.

Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Mix spices and season chicken, then cook for 5 minutes per side until golden.
Transfer chicken to a plate. Add ghee, apples, onions, syrup, salt, and pepper to the skillet; cook until apples soften, about 3 minutes.
Pour in apple cider and simmer until sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, and heat through for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh rosemary, and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
