Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 370°F. Toss diced sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and apples with olive oil and garlic salt; spread evenly in the basket.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place on top of vegetables. Cook for 12–15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Mix walnut ingredients in a small bowl. During last 3–4 minutes, spread walnut mixture over chicken and cook until golden.
