Instructions
Pat the chicken dry, coat with spices, and marinate with yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and olive oil for 4-36 hours.
Blend cilantro, mint, serrano, garlic, ginger, cumin, honey, lemon juice, and yogurt until smooth; refrigerate.
Preheat air fryer to 400ºF, spray with oil, cook chicken for 12 minutes, flipping halfway, then brush with melted butter and cook 2 more minutes.
Assemble wraps by layering chicken and vegetables on naan, drizzle with mint chutney, and serve.
Notes
Marinate the chicken thoroughly for maximum flavor and ensure the internal temperature reaches 165ºF for safety.
