Ingredients

  • 20 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • to taste Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (freshly chopped)

Instructions 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with flour and spices.
  • Heat olive oil and half the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and remaining butter; cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
